It is with great sadness that Master Kelley is no longer the President of the UMAF. Effective September 1st, 2009 Master Bill C. Kelley was removed from the roll of President of the UMAF by the Board of Directors. This was a difficult decision. Master Kelley was removed because of certain conduct the was inappropriate for an official in such a capacity as President. He will be replaced by Master Dwayne T. Krieger. If you have any questions please forward the to Master Krieger. We would like to let everyone know that this change will in no way affect the day to day opperation of the UMAF.
